UST Consultants LLC was formed by Kenneth Coomes to provide compliance and support services for storage tank owners and operators. Our mission is to provide clients with a direct, cost-effective pathway to maintain the operational compliance of their facilities.

- Underground storage tank registration filings with CT DEEP EZ File. Annual renewal, modification, subscriber agreements, property transfers prepared and submitted.
- Site evaluation and assistance with UST Alternate Life Expectancy applications.
- Resolution assistance with UST Notice of Violation (NOV) and “red tag” prohibitions.
- Staff training and development of site-specific maintenance and compliance plans.

Our Background
Kenneth Coomes has been involved in petroleum marketing and distribution for over 45 years. He spent over 20 years as the owner/operator of a high-volume gasoline dispensing facility. Additionally, he spent 13 years overseeing the supply of numerous retail dealers for a CT based fuel distributor. During this tenure he was involved with the development and upgrade of numerous locations in CT and RI. He has successfully completed a regimen of CT approved UST Operator (A/B) training.
